3. Service Description
Cog & Suds offers a range of car wash services including, but not limited to, industrial-grade automated car wash, professional hand wash, interior detailing, waxing and polishing, rust proofing, and undercarriage cleaning. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update services and pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Online Booking
Our online platform facilitates booking of our services. When booking, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion. If a booking is cancelled by us, we will attempt to notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund if payment has been made.
5. Payment and Pricing

Payment for services booked online is generally required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as specified during the booking process. 6. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility
- You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in a suitable condition for the selected service. This includes removing any valuable items, loose debris, or fragile accessories from the vehicle's interior prior to service.
- While we take utmost care, Cog & Suds is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or paint imperfections, or for damage to vehicle accessories (e.g., antennas, non-factory installed parts, loose trim) that may occur during automated wash processes, if such accessories are not properly secured or removed prior to service.
- For interior detailing services, please remove all personal items from the vehicle. We are not liable for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle during such services.
- Children and pets must remain inside your vehicle or a safe designated area while services are being performed.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling of online bookings must be made within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours prior to the scheduled service) to avoid charges. Specific cancellation policies related to different services or promotional offers will be clearly stated during the booking process.
8. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Cog & Suds and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our online platform without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cog & Suds, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services or our online platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our online platform; (iii) any content obtained from our online platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
